Amiable staff and favourable location in a quiet neighborhood, everything was great. Had large and recently renovated queen room with 2 queen beds and wake-up service was available in it. A microwave and a refrigerator were a huge plus.

Can’t fault the property in any way.

The room was large and newly decorated with a hot tub and bathroom fan, as for instance, had everything we wanted. Good location - an easy walk to everywhere we needed.

clean room but lacking maintenance

The staff were friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the quick check-in process and the promptness of the room service when I requested extra towels.

Decent spot for a family trip

We stayed two nights and the place had some bright sides. The hot tub was working, a plus! Staff was hit or miss though-one was really nice when we found something we left, but another gal seemed a little off. The breakfast wasn't anything fancy, but it did the job.

The warm pool was a hit with the kids, and we loved having a cozy room with a mini-fridge for snacks. The location is conveniently close to several eateries.

The comfortable bed and pillows stood out . The hotel's location provided easy access to several nearby towns, convenient for family visits. The cleanliness of the room was disappointing. It had a musty odor and signs of neglect. The lack of maintenance in common areas, particularly the pool, detracted from the overall experience.

Had a blast with my friends here! We enjoyed the pool and checked out the Beaver Dam Bay Marina, great for boating. Don't miss Old Hickory Golf Club if you like golf. There's plenty of cable programming available for downtime, and overall it was a fun group getaway.

The only downside was the bedding. It felt super thin and lightweight, made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.
